Eligibility for Refunds

Digital Products

Since all our products are digital and instantly downloadable, we generally do not offer refunds. However, a refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Accidental duplicate purchases.
  • Technical issues preventing access to the product.
  • Non-delivery of a purchased item due to system errors.

How to Request a Refund

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Partial use or incomplete downloads.
  • Purchases made under discounts or promotions.

Exchange or Store Credit

In cases where a refund is not applicable, we may offer store credit or an exchange for another digital product of equal value. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
